The difference between legalizing and decriminalizing is if it's legalized, it still can be bombarded with legal restrictions. But decriminalized, you can grow, buy, and sell your own without government being able to do a (*)(*)(*)(*) thing about it.

I believe marijuana is in the same league of unhealthy as cigarettes, and I believe restrictions are reasonable. And I see this as a simple way to increase tax revenue and reduce crime with minor side effects. Why decriminalize when you can legalize and make tons of money to pay off the war?
