Obiviously, Iran doesn't really want the nukes for any offensive purpose at least not directly. Hezbollah would do just as well as an ICBM. Tel Aviv has 40% of Isreal's population. This is why Iran can't get a Nuke Israel is responsible enough not to use its weapons. Iran is led by a madman.
