There is not, and has not ever been a right to vote in elections at the federal level. It's not in the constitution, and was left out intentionally. So for those of you out there living under the delusion that you have a right to vote, your wrong, get over it and call Jessie Jackson Jr. because he's been trying to get this amended into the constitution for quite sometime now.
