At the time the Constitution was written, this was not a problem. But now we know it is, it's a way for people to circumvent the process and get to their children rights without becoming a citizen the right way.
I'm saying that rather than just the requirement that they be born on American soil, I'm saying you amend it so that they have to be born to at least one LEGAL US Citizen, or at the very least have Green Card status.
Why does this seem to be such a difficult concept for our elected government? It seems it would just be common sense, right?

I support this amendment. I live practically in ground zero of the illegal invasion and I can see the effects it has every day. I definitely remember before the mass invasion began and I see what has happened since. It is a bad thing. All arguments in favor of keeping the illegals here are clueless and patronizing and I will not open my mind to other possibilities than getting the invaders out in any way possible.
