The name Albania is derived from the name of an Illyrian tribe called the Arber, or Arbereshë, and later Albanoi.
Albania was known as Arberia. Arban or Arber was used to describe the Albanians. Today you have the Arbereshe living in Italy who are the descendants of Albanians. Same goes for Croatia and Greece; in Croatia they are called Arbanasi, and in Greece Arvanit. They've been there since 15-th century.
Proud to be Albanian; descendant of the strongest Illyrian tribe Albanoi.
Cheers!

Cool! Someone should give you a medal for being a member of the strongest Illyrian tribe (even though tribes are kind of retro)
