D's must be desperate. A city congressman? Gee, why not school superintendent. Currently the head of the Mass state legislature (a Democrat) is being investigated on corruption charges. Higher level and more relevant than this to be sure. And since this guy didn't murder anyone yet he hasn't quite reached the Ted Kennedy Drunk Hall of Shame yet.
