What if this means she is pregnant by her grandfather/father, which means if this child is born, he would be the childs father,grandfather and great granfather I think,a sort of tripple whammy.

Yes, I would. Children conceived of incest are more likely to suffer ailments and disabilities than other children.
In this case, I would not hesitate to abort - for me, the risk of something going wrong is far too great.
By the way, the nineteen year old in question, Kirstin, is not expected to live.
