I will just present you few facts anwithout going to theoretical aspects.
Classification: Military ranking
Freedom: No individual freedom
Common wellness: Eat, work, sleep together
Controlling: every person in the Military entire unit
Giving Order: To Oby, to Fullfil
Wages: Acccording classification
PS. I was in Taiwanese army service for 2 years, basically all armies in the world functioning the same.
