Why should we expect the Change Obama is preaching to be any more effective than the change his cohorts pledged in their campaigns that gave the Democrats a majority in congress? Whose approval ratings are lower right now, Congress or the President? CONGRESS! Well Hillary, McCain, and Obama are all part of that problem, but Obama is part of the controlling party.
