the article speaks of 'non-lethal' weapons.
but, of course, you make it sound as though the US is about ready to start nuking and gassing the world.

why WOULDN'T we use non-lethal weapons.
the article made a good point about what we can use on our own people,
versus what we can use on our enemies in war.
and if the US was so interested in using any of our nukes,
we could've found more than enough opportunities in the last 60+ years.
the fact we've only done it twice
is a testament to our self-control.
