So you meant that we are actually living in 50 countries, we can choose any country we like depending on our needs. When it comes to presidential election, we stick together to vote the person we hate the most. And of course after federal government's tax we have to pay state's tax too. On top of income taxes we have to pay additional taxes like: property tax, school independent tax, gas tax, sales tax, driver license tax, social security tax, airport tax, harbor tax, tollway tax... and many other taxes and fees.
