Since when do voters have to be loyal to someone? What is this mess with loyalty to the Clintons? My argument, since you are unable to extract it, is that the African American community usually votes as a single entity. They are usually like-minded and are influenced more by their peers. African Americans have moved to Obama simply because they like him more. Hillary, painting herself as a blue-collar, fighting, drinking good 'ol gal has distanced herself from the black community. She left it up to Bill to go to these areas and vouch for her.

Do I have any idea what Bill did for African Americans? Yes, I do, having been raised in a predominantly black neighborhood. Looking at your profile, I have a hard time believing you even remember what times were like under Clinton.
