The link does support you view, but also recognizes that the CIA believed that Saddam had WMDs, it just thinks that they shouldn't have thought that.

These were just the first three links that I found when I googled something like "weapons of mass destruction intelligence agency" and all support the factual evidence that the major intelligence agencies all did believe that Saddam had WMD. Here are some better ones.

The second one is really good.
The point is not that Saddam did have weapons of mass destruction, or that our intelligence agencies were right to think so, but that they thought they had them. This is a fact.
