It was near Anbar east "frontier" with Baghdad province, wounded was arlifted straight to CSH Baghdad so place of attack, although in Anbar province was closer to Baghdad than Ramadi
US sources thinks it was either Iranian or Syrian "design"
But maybe it was "homemade", who knows ...
