There's really not much more to say here: some people aren't ready for a black president.

You can say you speak for them.

It's false to say you speak for America, when the majority of America disagrees with you.

But, some people weren't ready for an end to slavery, weren't ready for an integrated military, and weren't ready for an end to jim crow laws.

Most of those people got over it, after happened.

I suspect this will be the case again.
