Georgia has very lax gun laws, too. And its "castle" laws are very liberal. Essentially, you can use deadly force to protect you, someone else, or your property. If someone is stealing something from you, you can shoot them dead. Yes, even if they are stealing a bucket from your garage and are not armed you can kill them in Georgia. I kind of like that. I hate thieves (but no, I wouldn't shoot one for that).
