I think if you knew they were your in-laws and they didn't attack you, the "reasonable person" rule applies. Of course they were invited by your wife. Duh. But if some strange man in top of your wife and she cries rape that's a whole different matter. In that case no jury is even needed. It's simply not against the law here to shoot him.
