The shameful part is that this is Economics 101. Is it possible that Barack has so little knowledge of the market system? He has advisers. I think he (and his wife) are merely class warmongers. Apparently, many people believe that only the wealthy pay capital gains. The sad part is the middle and lower classes pay it when they have no choice. They don't have the option of sitting on profits like rich people do.
