the midwife did not alter the way she presented because of his behavior, so he did not negatively inflict himself; i think that causes him not to have been "rude". indifferent, certainly ... rude, no

take this to the bank. they were miffed because he showed the other 5 guys who the big dawg in the room was ... it wasn't them because they were doing what the wife unit expected. they were especially miffed at themselves for not having the gonads to do what Gary did
