Either both will co-exist in peace or both will be obliterated. Especially when the oil runs out - then the USA will have no further use for its proxy US state called Israel.

What does Israel have to do with Oil? The US relationship with Israel has grown from a stop gap of Soviet expansion in the Mideast to a full fledge bilateral alliance. If any relationship will suffer if oil stops to flow its Saudia Arabia. Our relationship with Israel will always be one of friendship and alliance. In any case the Palestinian people do have self determination and they chose to pick a radical group as their representatives and are paying for that desision. If the Palestinians want peace they should elect a goverment that will work with Israel, not shoot Kassam rockets into civilian areas and act suprised by retaliation.
