If I understand you correctly, you're saying that everyone in the world should learn their native language and then one language that everyone else in the world speaks. And I agree with that. I can't tell if you think that other language should be Hebrew or English, though.

As it is, most industrialized countries are making English classes mandatory. English is becoming more and more the international language already.
