Just because someone is Albanian or Serbian doesn't mean they support terrorism, or the mafia, or nationalism, or ethnic hatred. Sure, there's probably a select few Albanians that will only be happy when Serbia submits to Albania. But that's a very small amount. There would also be a few Serbians who want another cleanse of ethnic Albanians. Not many though.
The thing is that even in my country, which is as peaceful as it gets, there is still some citizens who commit crimes. In every country citizens commit crimes. This doesn't mean they represent the thoughts and actions of everyone else in that country. I think it's impossible to get a clear picture by categorizing Albanian terrorist groups or mafia in the same group with normal Albanians. Just as it's wrong to categorize all the criminals in Serbia with normal Serbians and suggest they all have the same values.
There are actually Albanians and Serbians out there that like the other country, that see past the hatred of others. I admire these people.
And just in case you're wondering, I do consider what those terrorist groups do is wrong. Just like what a murderer in New Zealand does is wrong.
