It is a sad fact that on this hallowed soil, and under this star spangled banner of freedom, blacks were more than welcomed into white neighborhoods until after January 1st, 1863.
It is. I agree. However, I have nothing but respect for hard working African Americans. The ones I see in this city, however, don't work hard and rather just want to sit on their front porches and swing life away.

I feel the same way for my fellow classmates who are lazy as well.

Perhaps if you could see Barak Obama as a man, rather than a race, you might see the unfairness of this comment. But if Mayor Nagin is on the right track, and improving his city, then all canditates should be praising his efforts, not just one.
But this is my sense of fairness.
He is a man. As a black man he should applaud the others of his race that they are doing the correct thing in a city full of uneducated ones who believe it isn't right. Its time change really happen, and Mayor Nagin finally did it. I would think obama would be haulling ass down here.

But, the demolishment happened awhile ago.

I actually drove into one of these beast cities that are now abandoned with one of my friends one night....lets just say that i am thankful that there was a cop car that happened to be around. these are blocks of mid-city that are completely blocked off and are slowly being torn down...but, it was scary as (*)(*)(*)(*)...
