Most likely and best outcome will be that the people will see their leadership for the evil scum they are and overthrow them. As far as America is concerned, in the opinion of this American, its simply not our responsibility. Let some of our most vocal critics do it if they want. They are so awesome they shouldn't need our help to invade and forcibly feed these people. Fortunately, I know W is a little more focused on using our military to deal with the people trying to murder out citizens with sneak attacks while they pose as civilians.
