I have always said that we DO have blood on our hands for some of our foreign policy decisions we have made in our history....

But we are also a VERY giving nation and since WW2 no nation has come close to giving to 3rd world countries as we have.

Not just our government either, but also just the money raised seperately from citizens giving to charity and what not.

We are a big hearted people and I think that sometimes the "blame America first" crowd doesn't look at that part of it.
