It might mean more though. It suggests that because these things also appear in the white community, even at lower rates, it raises the point that correlation does not equal causation... Namely simply being black does not cause these steriotypes... but being black in america, for whatever other reason, might. There is no exuse for crime, but there is reason for it. I pitty those in north korea and the middle east that are raised to think of me as the enemy, but I don't blame them individualy because I understand the environment they grew up in.
