Last numbers I saw showed Democrat Hispanics go roughly 2/3 against Obama.
Richardson isn't much of a draw for that vote base.
Hispanic Democrats also seem to be much much more firm in their commitments not to vote for Obama but to instead vote for McCain in November.
Obama can forget about the hispanic vote to any useful degree or the white vote as well.
Which basically means he can forget about.
Past all that its not a Popular Vote Election.
