Ted Kennedy killed a woman while driving drunk and never missed a beat, other than the fact that he can't be President.
Bill Clinton impeached but one of the leaders of the democrat party.
Jefferson accepts bribes but still in power as the dems protect him.

Vito faces the same herd. Maybe he has a shot at making this ok.
I want him gone for being an idiot and doing things that are not acceptable from someone in his position.

Either way, I doubt he can say "But, other politicians have gotten away with stuff"
He probably will, but that doesn't matter.


There was outrage in all three cases. But, if you're claiming republicans have some kind of standard where they throw their bad apples into the ditch, remember bob ney, who in 2006 plead guilty to corruption charges, and remained in office without resigning for nearly a month.
A whole month, you gotta be kidding me. Ted Kennedy still sits in a seat of power, Bill Clinton the same and Jefferson will not leave until he is in prison or he is not re-elected. Republicans force their member to step down from power positions and in most cases resign.


My opinion is that any group of 700 or so federal officials will have some people doing illegal, immoral and valueless things.
If there is a group of 700 citizens and some do illegal things those that do are thrown in jail. Not if you are a representative though. I want anyone who is in leadership that is a criminal dealt with regardless of party affiliation.

Those people who claim some kind of "advantage" on legitimacy, morals, and values have a lot harder a fall when thy do illegal, immoral and valueless things.
