Thanks. Putting an optimistic spin on it to my mind, I just see it leading to more shootings, seeing as more on-edge people will have a gun strapped to them, and those with pre-medititaion will have greater ease- indeed, now they could shoot and fade into the background, if the're kanny enough.

Anyways, the original point was about them getting off the 1st shot, and if people really do relax regards guns as you say, then they will- and now we've moved away from best case scenario as has been acheived elsewhere in the world. Its shifty eyes or bust imo.

Hmm, I wonder how undergrads will handle a hostage situation...maybe they should have a secondary school subject on the issue. Sure it'll take time from English and Math etc, but algerbra will become even less useful if you get shot after all.
