Absolutely. You can't fight for justice and freedom without getting some blood on your hands. You can't fight for anything, good or evil, without some blood on your hands. Heck, even the "neutral" countries the liberals love to applaud for staying out of fights had blood on their hands in WWII as they served as trading partners and provided other resources to the Nazis...just an example...

This basic fact does not change the fundamental truth that the USA is fighting for good and the muslims are fighting for evil. Pointing to collateral damage does not change this fact, does not change what needs to be done for victory, and does not compare to the evil muslims intentionally targeting civilians while they pretend to be civilians, all to spread their oppressive, evil, totalitarian ideology of barbarity and ignorance.
