Well if you'd read to the end of my post you'd seen that my major issue with immigration isn't the economic aspect but the legal one. Which I suppose inturn relates to national security.

I don't have any issue with legal immigrants being a drag on the economy initially, after all almost everyone comes here with nothing, seeking opportunity.
