I have worked and lived in the USA - I know exactly what the system is about NOW. Its a pity though - because the USA was a beacon for freedom, fairness and compassion about 40 years ago.
I wonder why it has deteriorated to such an extent? (I think I know at least 1 major reason, do you?)

America rushed into Iraq war for no reason, no evidence, and U.S. citizens re-elected idiot who got them into that mess.
American citizens are very proud nation, they are too proud to admit their mistakes.
What makes it even funnier is that even now they are voting for McCain, who tell them that there is PROGRESS in war in Iraq - which is complete lie.
America is controlled by politics of FEAR.
American citizens only now start to vote against the war - only because it started to hurt their OWN pockets and that's why they started to pay attention to this war, its quite sad.
