I'm an ENFP myself and my wife is an INTJ. I think it helps for one person to be a little less rational and one person to be more rational. Granted, I'm borderline between T and F... but my wife learned real quick that marrying another engineer would be a bad idea.
Likewise I found that someone less rational than me would drive me nuts!

The major biological difference between a man's and woman's brain... when concerning these kinds of things... is that women have a far more efficient connection between the hemispheres of the brain. They can combine right-brain and left-brain thinking on a subject, while men tend to struggle with that and usually be in one mode or the other.
Of course men are likely to have higher IQs (also more likely to have lower IQs) due to the quick mutation of the Y... but I think this biological difference gives women an advantage in intellectual potential.

But overall most of it is about what you learn and how you learn. Biology is not quite as deterministic as people make it out to be, at least not between humans (at least where intellect is concerned... I suppose a lot about health is pretty much biologically determined).
