I disagree! It is an issue of forgiving! Too many are blaming all the ills of their lives on something that happened decades ago. White abuse of blacks contributed to their communities deteriorating, but in recent decades, they have a lot of blame to accept themselves.

In the end, nobody can help you if you will not help yourself!

I have been too broad and general here and I realize that. There are many sucess stories in black America, but the common thread between all of them is personal effort!!!
