Rudy Giulliani: No, I gave it to Mitt Romney.

Mitt Romney: I was showing it to Reverend Moon, so he could put it in the Washington Times, and he forgot to give it back to me.

Reverend Moon: I don't have it. I think Jeff Gannon has it right now. Actually, I think I remember giving it to his gay lover.

Jeff Gannon: No, no. I don't have it. I tried to claim credit for making it, and was showing to Rupert Murdoch, so he could put it on FOX News, and I left it in his bedroom.

Rupert Murdoch: Did that one get by me? Where did I put that smoking gun? Oh, that's right. I gave it to Bill O'Reilly.

Bill O'Reilly: F'ing thing sucks. Let me see. It was Friday night, and I was having my usual phone sex while watching it. Now who did I give it to? Yea, that's right. I gave it Ann Coulter, the phone sex lady.

Ann Coulter: Look, I don't believe in running smear campaigns, so I gave it to Rush Limbaugh. Let him do the dirty work, while I stay clean. Besides, I have the hots for Hillary, and I don't want to make her mad at me.

Rush Limbaugh: Well, you see, I had it, but I was kind of having some hallucinations on hillbilly heroin, and you know what? I thought I saw Barack Obama stealing that tape. You know that's what THOSE people do all the time.

So the next day, the Republican party asks the FBI to investigate Barack Obama. The FBI declines.

FBI spokesman: We are going to need some kind of evidence first.

End of story..... Well, not quite.
