I hear a lot of people say that things can't possibly get worse than the last eight years with the next President and I'm curious to know what makes people so confident things can't possibly get any worse?

I think Bush did a helluva job collecting the (*)(*)(*)(*), but with the next President, regardless of what he does or doesn't do, it'll hit the fan and make the last eight years look a lot nicer.
