I went to burgerDoodle last night to get some burgers for dinner. The car in front of me had a Mississippi license plate with an LSU emblem on it, and it said "Geaux Tigers" underneath. I did a little on-line checking, and found that not only can I get a state vanity license plate for any of the Mississippi universities and/or colleges, but I can also get vanity plates for Auburn, LSU, and Memphis State.
I don't know which is worse - that there are people in Mississippi who are proud of the fact that they attended LSU and feel the need to publicize it, or that the money-grubbing whores in the state Legislature decided to authorize LSU plates!
