First have Mr. Johnson and Mr. Patel and the other devious neighbors tell you whether or not they have eliminated their arsenal. At least appear to give them a chance. However if they tell you they don’t have any weapons, make them show you exhaustive lists and records of weapons that have been eliminated. But remember the absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence (per Donny Rumsfeld). Even if they appear not to have weapons tell them you know where they are, but you can’t tell them how you know where they are, or you would have to reveal your valuable intelligence resources (per Donny Rumsfeld to Hans Blix). If no records are presented and there won't be knowing this bunch you'll have to eliminate them all. After you’ve blown up the street and have sent in your personal hand picked inspector to look for the weapons and he tells you that there were never any weapons to begin with even if your neighbors were strange and devious after all (per David Kay), you will most certainly be questioned by the police as to how you could state that you KNEW WHERE THE WEAPONS WERE? Simply tell them “ one sometimes says things that one wishes one hadn’t” (per Donny Rumsfeld on C-Span in front of the Senate Intelligence committee after the David Kay “we got it wrong announcement”)
