Bush IS responsible for the U.S. military being in the Persian Gulf, as a result of the war or terror. Bush is also responsible for sending U.S. forces to liberate the entire country of Iraq. Bush is also responsible for Momar Kadafi in Libya to give up all his WMD and come into compliance with U.N. resolutions. Bush is also responsible for the removal of the Taliban in Afghanistan. Bush is responsible spreading democracy in the Middle East. So if you are going to BLAME Bush, make sure you don't forget anything.
