It depends on which founding fathers we are talking about though, they didn't all have the same political beliefs obviously. I have a feeling Hamilton would be alright with where we are right now, especially when it comes to military spending. Jefferson would be absolutely ashamed, and probably would say that this country mideswell have stayed a British colony, as we've adopted many of the Federalist ideals (both Dems and Republicans). He might also say revolution and bloodshed are needed in this day and age.
