And the same penalty applies if every stitch you wear is not either of linen alone or of wool alone (and woolen underwear bites). And the same applies if you eat pork, or mix meat and dairy. And for many, many other things. How is it you believe you can pick and choose which parts of Leviticus to obey? Your heart is full of hatred.
Overview of Leviticus 18:22
This is a passage from the Mosaic Code that is often used to condemn homosexual behavior in general.
In transliterated Hebrew, the verse is written: "V’et zachar lo tishkav mishk’vey eeshah toeyvah hee."
The first part of this verse is literally translated as "And with a male you shall not lay lyings of a woman." Today, no one understands this.
And not a sin, just needing ritual cleansing.
