Umm...You don't seriously believe that do you? Are you claiming that Stalin's Industrialization plan didn't force millions of Russians to starve to death? I'm not sure about the healthcare, but I am quite sure it was not available for anyone. Racial hatred? Heh...off to the Gulags with you.
As for the theory,
the idea that people would be willing to work different jobs of different complexity and requirements for exactly the same pay is ridiculous. Simply there is no way you could convince people (short of brainwashing a la Brave New World) to live contently in such a system, without luxury in equal misery. A utopian ideal, which never will see life.
