i see a lot of media bias against guns. Usually bias isnt so blatant. They tend to give more coverage to stories where guns had a hand in the murder, and especially a lot of attention when little kiddies are involved- but i havent seen one story yet written about how some private citizen used a gun to help capture some criminal(though i have seen it mentioned on TV in passing occasionally, this is still given a lot less weight than anti-gun stories).

The media likes to play on our fears and emotions. Perhaps not always because of government conspiracy, but because the sort of stuff keeps people glued to the TV and the media makes more money.
