No one was suggesting that the camera be destroyed. But it's quite rude to be pointing the camera at someone else's property. But a laser light might be even better. Maybe do some experimenting to see what works the best.
And Logo, I wouldn't be too worried if your neighbor figured out why you were doing it. He's the one being rude.
