so if you want to lay blame on Congress for not accomplishing anything, be sure you lay that blame right where it belongs...
at the feet of the obstructionist republicans...
and the best way to do that is to vote them out of office this November... then, if the veto proof Democratic Congress can't accomplish anything, I'll join you in lambasting them.
