Keiler has been known as a Yellow Dog democrat for a long time. If Obama was a Republican he wouldn't like him either.

Frankly in all this is blame the Democrats. Especially in 2004.

I don't agree with some of the things the Republican party does. But the party isn't set. It shifts position as it has to in order to stay competative.

Democrats don't have to come off as weak. They've taken us to war as often as Republicans if I recall correctly.

And they lose a lot of ground by talking up how republicans like to ignore the bill of rights while pissing on the second amendment. With something like 40% of American households legally owning guns that gives the Republicans some wiggle room to pull off stuff and get away with it.
