Since when did we turn the foreign policy of the United States over to our generals and the officials of other nations? The "politicians in Washington D.C." are precisely the people who have the authority under our Consititution to determine the future course of this war. I didn't mean the final decision were that of the Generals. That is and always has been for the Commander-In-Chief. I'm talking about getting the input from the Generals and Commanders on the ground so that the Commander-In-Chief can better assess and therefore make better final decisions.
