Something tells me they're not interested in that. What's interesting is, the selection of the skewed response anyway.

Whenever studying test construction in my education classes, we learned that there was the correct answer, and there were the plausible detractors.

In this case the IMplausible detractor was chosen in spite of the intent of the writer.
