Maybe the rest of world is less safe, but for a fact the US is a safer place because of the war in Iraq and or Bush. The terrorist are flooding there to fight US instead of attacking our civilian population within the US. I'd rather have our military taking on the terrorist than our civilian population. Frankly the people of Iraq need to flee. Bush has turned their homes into the opening battle ground for the US vs anyone who wants a piece. As cruel as it is, Its that or face the terrorists on our own soil. The problem is Osama is in Pakistan. Their government doesnt give a phuck. We need to take more action than we already have. Yes I admit Iraq was unnecessary at the time but we where going to have to face the issue of Saddam's genocide at one point or another. We need to do something about the governments that are taking no action against terrorism yet some claim to be our ally. For example: Pakistan, The Philippines, Palestine and Iran. I know that this would cause a global conflict unfortunately that is what it will take to truly extinguish the terror threat. These pathetic "OPERATIONS" that call wars are no going to do anything but inflame the hate and radical thinking that created Islamic Jihad. However that is not the only option. The president could be a true follower of Jesus Christ (not that I am) and turn the other cheek. We could have avoided all of this if we returned to the ways before WWII and break away from the rest of the world and reinstate isolationism and not get involved in European and Asian conflicts.
