Cases where people express themselves in a critical or derogatory way about men of ethnic Swedish background were not intended to be included in this law." reminds me of what the head of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights said:

"Civil rights laws were not passed to protect the rights of white men and do not apply to them."

It's amazing to me how blatantly racist anti-white figures can be without anyone caring.
